R.K. Johnson has recently aquired the office of Carroll Engineering, Inc.

Carroll Engineering, located in Belvidere, Illinois, was established in 1994. The office is a civil and municipal engineering company specializing in water and wastewater systems analysis and design; stormwater management; transportation; and site planning.
